docker/setup-buildx-action is declared at v4.2.0 and v4.3.0 exists.

• newest same-shape tag: v4.3.0
• read from: code.forgejo.org/docker/setup-buildx-action

Same major line, so this is ordinarily a straight bump of the action and its pin.

Closing this issue without upgrading is a valid answer — the weekly run will not reopen it for v4.3.0. It files a new one if something newer than that ships.
